Baked Salmon with Mango Jam

Our no sugar added Mango Jam will work just as well giving it bit of a tang. The pepper flakes sprinkled on top gives it just the right amount of kick pairing it perfectly with the mango’s. Ingredients
  • 10 pound salmon fillet
  • 1/3 cup mango jam
  • 1 tsp pepper flakes
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Place the salmon fillet into the lined dish. Spread the mango jam over the fillet and sprinkle evenly with pepper flakes. 

  3. Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until the salmon flakes with a touch of a fork. Serve intimidately
